儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的临床及影像学诊断

目的：探讨儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的临床及影像学诊断。方法：回顾性分析25例儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的临床情况、X线平片、CT及MRI表现。结果：儿童股骨头缺血性坏死临床就诊较晚，表现为患肢疼痛、不适，踱行，肢体短缩，肌肉萎缩；X线、CT表现为股骨头骨骺致密、硬化不整，股骨头变形、发育不良，股骨颈短缩、发育细小，髋臼顶部骨质吸收、囊变、不规则硬化；MRI表现为股骨头及关节异常信号。结论：儿童股骨头缺血性坏死临床及影像学表现典型，诊断容易，致残率高，应高度重视。

Clinic and Radiography Diagnosis of Infants Ischemic Necrosis of Caput Femoris

An analysis of the clinic and radiography diagnosis of 25 cases of infants ischemic necrosis of caput femoris has found that the patients were treated too late and their symptoms were already very apparent i.e. ： strong pain of limb, claudication, limb contraction, muscular atrophy etc, whereas X-ray and CT showed bone compaction, irregular sclerosis, bone deformation, under-development cystic lesions etc, MRI presented also abnormal signals of caput bone and articulation. The analysis and study concluded that the clinical symptoms are typical and the radiography diagnosis is highly accurate, the disease can yield high disability rate, so should be paid very high attention.
