重复化学调剖物理模拟研究

摘    要:随着油田开发进入中高含水期,化学调剖难度增大,许多井都是同一区块的井进行重复调剖,吐哈油田在前期调剖的197井次中重复调剖123井次,占总井次的60%。但目前对重复调剖认识不足,重复调剖井的效果逐年变差,影响了油田开发效果。文中利用仿真平面可视模型,研究了调剖剂在非均质油藏中的渗流特性,调剖剂的分布形态,调剖后对注水开发水驱采收率的影响,确定了重复调剖的半径以及重复调剖周期,为提高非均质油藏的调剖效果提供技术指导。

Abstract:With reservoir development in mid-high water-cut stage, the chemical profile control become more difficult, many wells in same track were carried out multiple chemical profile control. In total 197 wells which had practiced, 123 wells were multiple profile control. For lack of research, the effect of multiple profile control was poor. A physical model which can imitate the reservoir was set up to study the percolation flow characteristic and distribution form of chemical profile control agent in the heterogeneous reservoir and the influence on recovery ratio after chemical profile control, and determine the radius and cycle of multiple profile control. The research can supply a direction for improving the effect of profile control in heterogeneous reservoir.
