| 摘 要： | 在我国建设集约型和谐城市的宏观背景下,城市三维空间利用是值得思考的问题。城市三维空间利用的实质是:一、城市空间容量"量"的提升;二、城市运作效率"质"的优化。城市设计、城市"空间权"与城市联合开发是城市三维空间利用运作实施保障机制的三项主要内容。城市三维空间利用也是对城市空间使用不同行为主体之间的关系整合。
