渣油加氢处理-催化裂化组合工艺动力学模型

摘    要:以中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司2.0 Mt/a渣油加氢处理装置(S-RHT)和加工加氢渣油的Ⅲ套催化裂化装置的工业数据为基础,针对渣油加氢处理-催化裂化组合工艺的特点,建立了以渣油四组分作为划分原料集总的渣油加氢处理-催化裂化组合工艺动力学模型.通过合理的参数估计方法对动力学参数进行了求取、结果表明所建组合工艺动力学模型对加氢渣油收率的预测值平均相对误差为1.69%,催化裂化主要产品柴油、液化石油气、气体 焦炭的平均相对误差分别为2.82%,1.38%,4.80%和0.25%.说明建立组合工艺动力学模型的方法可行,参数求取可靠.

Abstract:Based on the operation data of the 40,000 BPSD residue hydrotreating unit (S-RHT) and 3# fluid catalytic cracking unit in SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. , the kinetic model of combination process of residue hydrotreating and catalytic cracking is established in consideration of its features and SARA composition of residue. The kinetic parameters are estimated by appropriate methods. The results indicate that the established model predicts the products contribution well. The error in average predicted hydrotreated residue yield is 1. 69% and the errors of average predicted yields of diesel, gasoline, LPG, gas + coke are 2. 82% , 1. 38% , 4. 80% and 0.25% respectively. The model is feasible and established parameters are reliable.
