陆梁油田薄层底水油藏控制水锥技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种不重新射孔建立底水隔板封堵底水层的新方法,该方法充分利用了水基堵剂的选择性封堵作用和由工作液与原油的密度差而形成的重力分异作用,通过在油水交界面附近形成底水隔板来控制水锥发展。该方法主要使用了高密度盐水、隔板液和过顶替液3种工作液。对不同工作液的使用性能进行了试验研究和理论分析,确定了施工工艺。采用这种新方法在陆梁油田薄层底水油藏试验了8口井,有效率达到100%,截至2005年8月底,累积增油2 622t,降水4 968m3,含水率下降幅度为11.3%~38.4%。直接投入产出比为1:2.350 8。现场试验结果说明,该方法是一种值得推广的新技术。

Abstract:A new technique for building gel barrier without reperforation to block bottom water was proposed. This technique took fully advantages of selective plugging effect of water-based blocking agent and gravity segregation resulted from density contrast of oil and water and could control water coning by gel barrier in vicinity of oil-water interface, Three operating fluids including highdensity brine, gellant and over-displacing fluids were used for this technique. The behaviors of these fluids and their construction process were tested and theoretically researched. Since October 2003, eight oil wells in thin oil reservoir with bottom water in Luliang Oilfield have been constructed using this technique successfully. By August 2005, the oil production of these wells increased by 2622 tons, and the water production decreased by 4968 cubic meters. Declined water cut of mass production ranged from 11.3% to 38.4%. The result of field experiment confirmed that the technique is effective for controlling water coning in thin oil reservoir with bottom water.
