摘    要:概述压力容器焊缝射线检测几何布置、透照技术、参数选择、条件组配、像质评价及缺陷评定的特点和要点。强调焊缝射线检测有效性与可靠性的基础及实验途径,也指出其局限性。最后列举了容器射线检测中的一些误区。

Abstract:The characteristics and main points of radiographic examination techniques for pressure vessels are outlined, covering geometric arrangement, exposure technology, parameter selection, condition assembly, image quality evaluation and defect interpretation. The fundamentals of effectiveness and reliability of radiographic testing(RT) and the ways to realize weld examination are emphasized. Also, the limitations of the technique are discussed. Finally, the pitfalls in radiographic inspection of pressure vessels are presented.
