套管磨损表面形貌测量及三维图像恢复方法

摘    要:利用表面形貌测试仪对套管磨损表面的参数进行了测量。通过理论分析和计算,得到了大量的对套管磨损表面形貌研究有意义的数据。通过VB.NET调用Matlab对这些数据进行处理,恢复了套管磨损表面三维形貌图,计算出套管磨损表面的二维和三维评定参数并进行比较,其做法方便、快捷,可以直接由数据得到为套管磨损机理研究有意义的图像。这为套管磨损表面微观形貌的分析奠定了基础,也有助于钻井过程中套管磨损机理的研究。

Abstract:The parameters of casing wear surface are measured by means of surface morphology measuring instrument.Through adequate analysis and calculation,a lot of parameters,which are of great importance to the study of the wear surface morphology of casing,are obtained.The 3D-rebuilding of the wear surface morphology of casing is acquired by VB.NET transferring Matlab software,and the 2D and 3D assessment parameters of casing are computed and compared.The method is convenient and quick,and can realize the change from parameters to image,which is of importance to the study of the mechanism of casing wear.It has laid a foundation for analyzing the microscopic surface morphology of casing,which is conducive to the study of the mechanism of the casing wear during the drilling.
