摘    要:介绍了一种新型Li/MnO2扣式电池厚度检测系统,对总体设计方案和元器件选型进行了论述。提出以PLC为核心,位移传感器及A/D转换模块为主要电器元件实现系统控制功能的方案。同时对电池测厚系统的工作原理、控制软件的实现方案、系统的可靠性和安全性等问题进行了论述。

Abstract:This paper presents a new type of button battery thickness measurement control system and introduces holistic scheme of designing and the selection of components in detail. The scheme is put forward based on PLC as the.core, displacement sensor and A/D converter as the main electrical components to achieve system function. Meanwhile, the principle of the thickness measurement system, as well as the realization of the controlling software program and the reliability and security of the system separately, is demonstrated.
