二次进风口对单筒型吸嘴的性能影响

摘    要:研究了二次进风口面积比、二次进风口高度和输送风速等因素对单筒型吸嘴的性能影响.在单因素试验的基础上设计了正交试验,试验结果表明:二次进风口面积比k=0.05,二次进风口高度h=200 mm,输送风速ua=24 m/s时单筒型吸嘴的输送产量最高.

Abstract:The effects of the area ratio of secondary air inlet area to suction nozzle,height of secondary air inlet and wind speed on the single piping type suction nozzle in the pneumatic conveying was studied.The results showed that the output of the single piping type suction nozzle was maximum while the area ratio of secondary air inlet to suction nozzle k=0.05,the height of secondary air inlet h=200 mm,and the wind speed u_a=24m/s according to the orthogonal test.
