白马钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的特点

摘    要:分析了白马钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的特点 ;与攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿相比 ,白马精矿具有垂直烧结速度快 ,烧结机利用系数高 ,其烧结矿具有含铁、钒高 ,二氧化钛、硫低的特点。白马烧结矿的软化、熔化、滴落温度低 ,有利于改善高炉冶炼时炉料的透气性。

Abstract:The Characteristics of sintering of Baima V-Ti-bearing magnetite concentrate were analyzed.Compared With Panzhihua V-Ti-bearing magnetite concentrate,the Baima concentrate sintering is characterized by high vertical sintering speed and utilization coefficient of sintering machine,high in iron and vanadium oxides and low in titanium oxide and sulphide in the sinter.The softing,melting and dropping temperatures of Baima sinter were lower ,which is beneficial to improve permeability of the burden in blast furnace.
