摘    要:探索新的匀染剂性能检验方法,并用电脑测配色技术和数学计算方法把检测结果量化,结果表明:总不均度小于0.3,匀染剂性能很好;总不均度在0.3-0.6以内,匀染剂性能一般;总不均度大于0.6,匀染剂的性能很差,跟不添加匀染剂染色的效果一样。与常规的检测方法进行对比,新方法能更快速、直观、有效地检验匀染剂的性能好坏。

Abstract:We explored new performance test methods of levelling agent and tested the results of quantitative computerized color matching technology and mathematical calculation. The results show that the total inequali- ty within 0.3, the leveller performance is good ; total inequality at 0.3-0.6 less than, leveller performance is general; total inequality is greater than 0.6, leveller performance is very poor, like not adding leveller for dye- ing. Compared with conventional detection methods, the new method can more quickly, intuitively and effec- tively test the performance of leveller.
