| 摘 要： | 通过对现有的纺丝过滤机存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出改造方案．最后对改造前后的生产情况进行对比,结果表明,过滤机改造后,过滤器过滤精度提高,从而前纺纺丝质量有明显提高,能耗、废丝率有明显下降。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the existing problems of spinning filter. It proposed the modification scheme and compared the production before and after the transformation. The results showed that after the transforma- tion, the accuracy of the filter increased, the fore-spinning quality has increased significantly, and energy con- sumption, breaking rate has obviously decreased. |
