| 摘 要： | 根据闪光扁平聚酯纤维与棉纤维的性质，对14．5tex20／80扁平聚酯纤维／棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺进行探索。扁平涤纶纤维细度较粗、离散度大、可纺性差，加工时应适当降低各打手梳理机件的速度，放大梳理隔距，降低输出速度；闪光扁平聚酯纤维质量比电阻高，静电现象严重，纺纱前应喷洒抗静电剂，采取严格控制相对湿度等技术措施，可保证成纱质量。

| Abstract: | According to the properties of iridescent fiat polyester and cotton fiber, we explored process of their blended yam of 14.5 tex 20/80. Because of the coarse size, big dispersion and bility, we should decelerate carding machine, amplify gauge and decrease output speed during the spinning poor spinna- production. Because the mass specific resistance of iridescent fiat polyester is higher, the electrostatic phenomena is seri- ous, the antistatic agent should be sprayed before spinning, technology measures of control relative humidity should be adopted strictly to ensure the yam quality. |
