RIPP催化裂化原料加氢预处理技术实践与发展

摘    要:本文对石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)在催化裂化原料加氢预处理技术领域的研发及应用情况进行了综述性介绍,包括蜡油加氢预处理RVHT技术和新型蜡油加氢处理催化剂RN-32V、渣油加氢处理技术的开发和应用情况以及最新开展的掺渣油的蜡油加氢预处理研究结果等。此外,还对RIPP创新性提出的渣油加氢处理--催化裂化双向组合RICP工艺技术工业应用情况进行了介绍。中试和工业应用结果表明,RIPP催化裂化原料加氢预处理技术先进可靠,具有较强的竞争力,且对原料油适应性好,同时可保持长周期稳定运转,具有高的技术经济性。

Abstract:The research and application of technologies related with FCC feed pre-hydrotreatment developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) were introduced including RHT technology and its second generation catalyst, RVHT technology and RN-32V catalyst, and newly developed hydrotreating VGO blended with residue technology (DVHT). Special attention was given to the commercial application of RICP technology, an innovated bi-direction integrated technology of residue hydrotreating and catalytic cracking. The results of pilot plant test and commercial application indicated that FCC feed pre-hydrotreating technologies developed by RIPP were highly reliable, adaptable to various feedstocks and stable to long-term running.
