摘    要:将游梁式抽油机的游梁设计成具有弯曲尾游梁的结构,并在尾游梁上配置一定量的平衡块,同时改变尾轴承座的位置,通过特殊的游梁平衡和曲柄平衡的综合平衡作用,能够有效地减小抽油机净扭矩的峰值和谷值的绝对值,减缓抽油机输出扭矩的波动,并减小抽油机主要构件的受力,达到既节能又可靠的目的.

Abstract:The walking beam of the walking beam pumping unit (PU) is designed to be a bending tail walking beam where some quantities of counterbalance weights are equipped. The position of the tail bearing support is also changed. The absolute value of the net torque peak and foot is reduced effectively because of the comprehensive balance that is composed of the walking beam counterbalance weights and crank counterbalance weights. Thus the fluctuation of the output torque of PU is reduced, and so is the force applied to the main components of PU. As a result,the newly designed PU is energy saving and reliable.
