摘    要:以对甲基苯胺为起始原料,经过硝化、缩合、Gould-Jacobs环合和氯化反应,首次合成了标题化合物,总收率约20%.用EI-MS、1HNMR等确定了目标化合物的结构.

Abstract:A new compound 6-methyl-4-chloro-7-nitro-3-carboni-trile quinoline was synthesized from 4-methylaniline via four steps, including selective nitration, condensation, the Gould-Ja-cobs reaction,and chlorination.The total product yield was 20% . The product structures were confirmed by mass spectrometry and ~1HNMR spectrometry.
