| 摘 要： | 本文针对螺旋式速冻装置提出了评价吹风式速冻装置的能量利用率、气流组织效率指标，通过理论分析和实验测量研究了气流隔断和气流导流技术对速冻装置节能效果的影响。研究结果表明：经过对大气流组织的优化，可使装置的节能效果达到25％。

| Abstract: | The performance index of the quick freezer,i.e.the effective ratio of energy and the air flow organization efficiency,were established to evaluate and compare the total performance of the air blasting freezer,and the effect of air flow baffler on the performance index was carried out by the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)analysis and the experimental study.The results show that the energy saving effect is evident(about 25%) by optimizing the air flow organization. |
