摘    要:在分析PID算法和动态矩阵控制算法的基础上,将动态矩阵控制算法的性能指标构造成PID形式,并推导了改进的PIDDMC算法。通过对参数选取范围的研究,在时域内分析了PIDDMC控制器的参数选择对控制性能的影响。最后通过在电厂的过热汽温控制系统中的仿真事例分析,同基本的DMC控制算法对比,结果表明PIDDMC算法具有更好的控制性能,将会有较好的工程应用前景。

Abstract:Based on PID algorithm and dynamic matrix control algorithm analysis,the performance index of dynamic matrix control algorithm is restructured as PID form and the derivation of PIDDMC algorithm is given.The parameter election range is researched and the influence of PIDDMC controller parameter tuning on system performance is analyzed in time domain.Simulations are analyzed in superheated steam temperature cascade control system in the end.Compared conventional DMC algorithm,PIDDMC algorithm has better control performance,and there will be good prospects for engineering application.
