油气回收技术的应用研究

摘    要:比较了常用的吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法、膜法油气回收技术,认为常压常温吸收法回收技术宜作为目前首选方案。该方案已在石化企业铁路油罐车装卸区应用,回收率达95%以上,且装油期间装车口周围大气中总烃浓度平均降低98.1%。分析了油气回收的应用领域及效益,认为利用油气回收方案来控制油品蒸发损耗,经济效益明显,且改善了作业环境,克服了油气排放带来的安全隐患。

Abstract:In the process of light petroleum product loading,storage,or distribution,a great deal of the mixtures of petroleum vapor and air will emit from tanks or tankers.The separation and recovery technologies of absorption,adsorption,condensation,and membrane can be applied respectively to separate the mixtures and recover the petroleum vapor.Their separation performances and some key problems of the vapor recovery were analyzed,and the petroleum vapor absorption recovery system(VAbsRS) at NTP was recommended for industrial application.An industrialized VAbsRS has been developed and set up to recover the high concentration petroleum vapor during loading gasoline into the tanks in SINOPEC.Field results showed that the vapor recovery efficiency was higher than 95% and total hydrocarbon concentration in the air around the tank outlets was reduced by average 98.1%.The application fields and benefits of industrial application of VAbsRS were discussed.The results showed that the application of VAbsRS not only got high economic benefits from recovering valuable resources,but also reduced environmental pollution and avoided fire accident resulted from the gasoline vapor.
