复合型外墙隔热涂料的研究

摘    要:以纯丙乳液(TBH)为基料,添加工业堇青石、空心玻璃微珠、钛白粉等为填料,制备复合型外墙隔热涂料.并通过L16(42)正交试验和极差分析得出最佳配方.研究表明:红外填料堇青石对提高涂料隔热效果明显,在基本配方中添加2.0g堇青石热反射率达90.7%;当复合添加空心玻璃微珠10.0g、堇青石2.0g时,所配制的隔热涂料的热反射率高达91.67%,超过了国外反射率>75%的要求.

Abstract:A kind of composite heat-insulated paint of outer wall was developed,which was based on TBH emulsion as the binder,and adding industrial cordierite,hollow glass micro-bead,mullite,aluminium titanate and silicon carbide as infrared fillers.The formula was optimized by right of L16(42) orthogonal experiment design and range analysis.The results indicated that the cordierite had evident effects on the heat-insulated properties of the paint,when 2.0g cordierite was added in the basic formula,the thermal reflectivity of the paint can be increased to 90.7%.when 10.0g hollow glass micro-bead and 2.0g cordierite were both added,the thermal reflectivity can reached 91.67% and exceeded 75% of the demand of American army.
