摘    要:一般的潜水泵在输送含沙水、泥浆水或污水时技术性能急剧恶化,主要原因是固体之间是撞击磨损.矿用立泵的流道设计符合固体流场的变化规律,叶轮发生的主要是摩擦磨损,极大地延长了潜水泵的使用寿命.采用KL120-50型矿用立泵进行井下工作面低洼点处排水,轻便安全、高效节能,能够适应矿井复杂多变的环境.

Abstract:When a normal submersible pump is pumping sand water, slurry water or sewage, the technical performances of the pump will be rapidly worsened. The main causes are the impact wear between the solids. The passageway design of the mine stand pump can meet the exchange law of the solid flow field. The friction abrasion is mainly occurred in the vane of the mine stand pump, which could highly prolong the service time of the mine pump. The KL120-50 mine stand pump can be applied to water drainage in the low point area of the coal mining face with a portable, safety and high energy saving features. The mine pump can be applied to the mine complicated and multi changeable environment.
