高瓦斯综放面预先爆破弱化坚硬顶煤试验

摘    要:为了提高综放开采的资源回收率,大佛寺煤矿40301综放工作面进行了顶煤预先爆破弱化试验.基于该矿瓦斯富聚区坚硬特厚煤层特殊条件,在分析综放工作面坚硬顶煤预先爆破的弱化作用机理基础上,研究了高瓦斯综放面坚硬顶煤预先爆破弱化工艺巷的布置方式和爆破工艺参数,提出了现场试验方案.试验研究表明,工作面倾斜方向工艺巷通风状况良好,顶煤发生破坏和破断位置前移,顶煤垮落角有明显增加,顶煤垮落块度明显减小,放煤速度加快,工作面矿压显现有所减缓,同时煤层中的瓦斯也能提前得到一定释放.工艺巷沿倾斜布置的顶煤预先爆破弱化方式是提高高瓦斯坚硬特厚煤层综放工作面回采率的有效方法.
