墙梁在设计及施工中应注意的问题

通过对某墙梁裂缝的观察及设计施工的调查，在按实际施工情况进行分析的基础上，对墙梁安全进行评价，并提出了墙梁设计施工中应注意的问题。本文对墙梁按照现行砌体规范进行逐条分析，并参照规范中墙梁要造要求，通过对墙梁作一些合理的假定来建立满足墙梁构造条件的计算模型，经简化假定后，墙梁计算结果满足强度，变形要求，从而经分析得出墙梁裂缝是由于托梁变形及粉剧层太厚造成的，只影响美观，不影响正常使用要求，所以，在墙梁设计中，要明确混凝土及砌体材料强度，明确墙梁构造措施及施工方法。

Issues to be Taken Attention in Design and Construction of Wall Beam

By the survey on design,construction and observation of cracks at certain wall beams,analysis of actual construction conditions,and evaluation on the wall beam safety,the issues which shall be taken attention are proposed during design and construction of wall beam.In this paper,the wall beam is analyzed according to each existing bricking up standards,and is under reasonable assumed according to requirements in wall beam structure standards so as to establish a calculation model to meet the wall beam structures.Through simple assumption,the calculation results of wall beam meet the requirements of strength and deformation.By analysis,it shows that cracks in the wall beam are caused by trimmer beam deformation and over thickness of plaster layer and will only have impact on elegant and will not have impact on normal utilization.Thus in the design of wall beam,it shall clear the strength of concrete and bricking up material and measure and construction method for the wall beam structure.
