| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方黄芩口服液质量控制标准。方法用TLC法对复方黄芩口服液中的金银花、连翘进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量。结果TLC色谱中清晰检出金银花和连翘;HPLC法测定,黄芩苷平均回收率为99.4 5%,RSD=2.6 7%。结论定性及定量方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of Compound Radix Scutellariae Oral Liquid.Methods Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae from the oral liquid were identified by TLC.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC.The average recovery of baicalin was 99.45% and RSD was 2.67%.Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods are simple,accurate and convenient,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation. |
