摘    要:随着医疗技术的发展,体外诊断试剂在临床诊断中的重要程度不断增加,体外诊断试剂的质量安全也越来越重要,其质量直接影响到体外诊断结果的准确性,关系着患者的安全与健康。由于体外诊断试剂的特殊性,如有效期短,需要和相应的检测仪器匹配使用才能保证其检测精度等,如果试剂在生产、运输和存储过程中一旦出现问题,就有可能出现质量问题,存在较大的安全隐患。针对这些问题,提了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的新型医疗试剂管理系统,能够有效监控试剂从生产、入库到使用的整个流程,并在试剂出厂时对其进行加密处理,保证仪器和试剂匹配使用,确保检测结果的准确性,在一定程度上解决了这些安全隐患。

Medical Reagent Management System Based on RF Identification and Encryption
Abstract:The quality directly affects the accuracy of in vitro diagnostic results,and is related to patient safety and health.Due to the special nature of the in vitro diagnostic reagents,such as the short expiration date,the detection instrument needs to be matched with the reagents to ensure the detection accuracy,etc.,if the reagents have problems in the production,transportation and storage process,quality problems may occur,which is a big security risk.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a new medical reagent management system based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology,which can effectively monitor the entire process of reagents from production to storage,and encrypt the reagents when they are shipped from the factory to ensure the detection instrument and reagents match.The match of detection instrument with reagents ensures the accuracy of the test results and solves these safety hazards to some extent.
