摘    要:为了获得风机传动系统中轴承和齿轮箱的故障规律,进一步挖掘混合故障的运行特点,设计了一套传动系统试验台。介绍了传动系统部件的设备选型,轴承和齿轮箱典型故障的制备以及振动信号和声发射信号相结合的故障信号采集系统的搭建。最后,对试验台的运行状态信号进行采集与故障分析。分析结果表明传动系统部件及故障设备能够很好地模拟实际工况,结合振动信号和声发射信号,可以进一步提高故障检测的准确性。

Design of Fault Diagnosis Test System for Fan Drive System
Abstract:In order to obtain the fault law of the bearing and gearbox in the fan drive system,and further digging the operating characteristics of the hybrid fault,a set of transmission system test bench is designed.This paper describes the equipment selection of the transmission system components,the preparation of the typical faults of the bearing and gearbox,and the construction of the fault signal acquisition system combining the vibration signal and the acoustic emission signal.Finally,the acquisition and fault analysis of the operating state signal of the test rig is performed.Results show that the transmission system components and faulty equipment can simulate the actual working conditions well,combined with the vibration signal and the acoustic emission signal,can further improve the accuracy of fault detection.
