多适用性管柱自动化上下钻台装置设计研究

常规的动力猫道仅针对一种特定高度钻台,无法满足多种不同类型钻台的需求,而且自动化程度较低。设计了一种新型管柱自动化上下钻台装置,可适用于多种不同高度和类型的钻台,其自身和移运管柱的重力施加在其底座上而非钻台面上,实现了管柱上下钻台作业的全自动化。该装置主要包括可伸缩底座、第一输送单元、第二输送单元、支架总成等部件,无需与钻机底座连接,可自动调节管柱进入钻台面的角度,保护管柱接头。另外,还集成了提升大钩,可在地面和钻台之间搬运套管钳、稳定器、接头等工具。该装置的应用将会降低工人劳动强度,提高管柱上下钻台的效率和安全性。

Design and Research on Multi-Applicability Automated Pipe Picked-up and Laid-down Device

The conventional power catwalk with low atomization level is only for one specific height rig and not meet the needs of many different types of rigs.A new type of multi-applicability automated pipe picked-up and laid-down device was designed,which can be applied to different heights and types of drilling rigs.The gravity of itself and the moving column is applied to its base instead of the drill floor,which fully automates the operation of the pipe.It mainly includes the flexible base,the first conveying unit,the second conveying unit,the support assembly and other components with no need to be connected with the rig substructure.It can automatically adjust the angle of the pipe string into the drill floor and protect the pipe joint.In addition,a hoisting hook is integrated to carry tools such as casing tongs,stabilizers and joints between the ground and the drill floor.The application of the device could reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the efficiency and safety during the pipe lift-up and lay-down operation.
