奈西雅预防肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的疗效观察

目的　观察奈西雅预防化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果和不良反应。方法　 60例患者接受含DDP或CTX、ADM联合化疗 ,随机自身对照。第一周期用奈西雅或用对照药物胃复安十爱茂尔或恩丹西酮 ,第二周期交换应用。结果　预防呕吐的有效率 ,奈西雅为 89 7%、恩丹西酮为 85 5 %、胃复安十爱茂尔为 66 6%、(P <0 0 5 )。其中完全缓解率为 64 1%、61 7%、3 8 4%(P <0 0 5 )。结论　奈西雅能有效的预防顺铂等化疗药物所致的呕吐与恩丹西酮相似 ,明显优于胃复安 +爱茂尔 ,且给药方便。

Nasea in prevention of vomitting induced by antineoplastic chemotherapy

Objective:To evaluate the effect and side effect of NASEA in prevention of nausea and vomittng induced by antineoplastic chemotherapy.Methods:sixty patients received antineoplastic chemotherpy with DDP or CTX?ADM were randomly divided in to two groups.Group A included 21 cases treated with NASEA and ondansetron alternatively every week.Group B consisted of 39 cases.and 20 cases of them received NASEA in the firs tweek and then paspertin plus Emol in the second week.Another 19 cases received the same drugs and vice versa.Results:The effective rae of NASEA was 89.7% ondansetron 85.5% paspertin plus emol 66.6%(P<0.05) and the complete response rates were 64.1%?61.7%?38.4% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:NASEA can effectively prevent the vomitting induced by antineoplastic chemotherapy as same as ondansetron and it is superior to paspertin plu semol and be given to patients conveniently.
