摘    要: 研究了真空感应+电渣重熔、电炉+LF+VD两种特殊钢冶炼工艺对H13钢组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:真空感应+电渣重熔冶炼对提高H13钢洁净度,降低H13钢中S、P含量,降低合金元素偏析有一定作用,在一定程度上提高了H13钢心部横向冲击韧性,但由于组织中大量一次碳化物的存在,制约着H13钢横向冲击韧性的提升。

Abstract:Effect of such two different smelting process as “Vacuum Induction Furnace (VIF)+ Electroslag Remelting (ESR), Electric Furnace(EF)+LF+VD” of special steel on microstructure and mechanical property of H13 molds was studied. The results show that the process of VIF+ESR has some effects on increasing of the cleanliness, decrease of S, P and segregation in H13, which can enhance the transversal impact toughness to some extent in the core of H13 steel. The increase of impact toughness is restricted by a large number of primary carbides in microstructure of H13 steel.
