摘    要: 采用电气特性优化模型,对河北钢铁集团150t LF炉进行了电气特性曲线分析,计算了1至4档电压下各工作点的电气参数,优化了现有的供电制度,达到了缩短精炼时间,提高LF热效率的目的。研究结果表明:该150t LF炉1至4档电压下的加热速度在2.46~4.25℃/min之间;通过优化供电制度,加热期间的功率因子由05提高到0.72,热效率由0.68提高到0.82,加热速度提高了0. 93℃/min,吨钢成本可节约4元。

Abstract:The electric characteristic curves for Hebei Steel 150t LF were analyzed by using electric characteristic optimizing model. The reasonable electric supply systems were proposed according to work point technical parameters of first four levels; the optimization efficiently reduced refining time and improved heating efficiency. The results show that the speed of heating-up of 150t ladle furnace is from 2.46 to 4.25℃/min for the first four levels. Through optimizing power supply system, the heating-up speed can be improved 0.93℃/min and power factor at heating stage is increased from 0.5 to 0.72, heat efficiency is increased from 0.68 to 0.82, and the cost of product is reduced four yuan/t.
