| 摘 要： | 基于delphi和PCI2308数据采集卡的电机故障检测系统,由信号调理板、数据采集卡、程序主界面、Matlab分析子程序和数据库组成,其转速测量通过对接近开关的脉冲信号定时计数获得.系统采集卡PCI2308采用32/16单双两种输入模式,以减小信号干扰.先通过相应接口函数设置数据采集卡参数,再调用相关函数实现数据采集.并将采集到的电压、电流、转速和频率信号分别保存在不同的文件中.

| Abstract: | The fault diagnosis system based on Delphi and PCI2308 data acquisition card for asynchronous motor is composed of signal adjust circuit, data acquisition card, main interface, matlab subprogram and database. Rotate speed was measured by taking count of the pulse of switch. The 32/16 single/double input pattern was used in PCI2308 data acquisition card to reduce signal disturb. Firstly, parameter of data acquisition card was set up through relevant interface function. The data acquisition was realized by calling relevant function. Then, acquired signal of current, voltage, rotate speed and frequency were saved in different documents. |
