斜井油管防偏磨技术及其应用

摘    要:介绍了斜井有杆泵采油系统在生产中存在的问题及解决方法。着重阐述了在斜井上采用有杆泵开采时,系统杆管优化设计的力学模型和数学模型,使设计与现场实际应用的符合率达90%以上。研制了旋转式采油井口、旋转式油管扶正器及万向抽油杆扶正器等防偏磨工具,有效地防止了油管的偏磨现象。现场应用情况表明,该项技术的应用为用户带来了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The problem and its solution method of the sucker rod pump oil producing system in directional well was introduced. The mechanics model and the mathematical model in optimizing design of rod string and tubing system were expound emphatically, when sucker rod pump oil producing were used in directional well. It made the rate of coincidence the design and field application reaching above 90 percent. The prevention deflection and wear tools, rotary oil producing wellhead equipment, rotary tubing centralizer and universal sucker rod centralizer, were developed. They have prevented tubing's deflection and wear effectively. Field application of this technology produced economical efficient markedly.
