蓄能器在带式输送机张紧装置中的应用

摘    要:带式输送机在起动时往往伴随着胶带应力波动而产生动张力,给张紧装置带来冲击。研究蓄能器在张紧装置中如何更好地吸收冲击,建立了系统的数学模型,并通过Matlab仿真得到系统的阶跃响应曲线。根据仿真结果,分析了系统的动态特性并就蓄能器的容积和管路长度提出改进意见。
