摘    要:海上稠油油田探井多元热流体吞吐延长测试,由于产液速度大、周期时间长,钻井平台无法容纳大量产出液,必须通过外输管线至环保船,但海上环境恶劣,为弄清外界环境温度、风速及保温措施对产出液在外输管线沿程温度分布的影响,建立了产出液在外输管线流动沿程热损失计算模型,并对环境温度、风速及保温措施对产出液温度影响进行了计算分析,从而指导海上探井热采延长测试产出液外输管线的优化设计。

Abstract:Offshore heavy oil field multiple thermal fluid prolonged test,because production fluid velocity is big,cycle time is long, drilling platform can't contain a large number of output liquid,must through the external transport pipeline to environmental protection ship. But marine environments is very bad,in order to make clear the outside environment temperature,wind speed and heat preservation measures influence on output liquid temperature,temperature distribution calculation model is established.Considering the environment temperature, wind speed and heat preservation measures,output liquid temperature was calculated and analysed.So as to guide design of output liquid transportation pipelines.
