提高吴420区块机采系统效率的研究及应用

摘    要:针对吴420区块抽油机井机采系统效率偏低,单井年耗电量高的问题,广泛收集统计了抽油机井系统效率数据,分析影响抽油机井系统效率的因素,提出了优化设计方法,并实施567口井,平均每口井的系统效率较实施前提高4.8%,平均每口井年节电0.56×104kW·h,达到了提高机采系统效率,节电降耗,降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at the 420 block of Wu of pumping well system efficiency of pumping well with low single well,high power consumption issues,extensive collection of statistics of the system efficiency of pumping well data,analysis of the impact of pumping well system efficiency factor,put forward the optimum design method,and the implementation of 567 wells,each well system efficiency compared with the prior to the implementation of improved 4.8 %,average every well years electricity 0.56×104 kW·h,can increase the pumping system efficiency,power saving,reducing the cost of production.
