高分子材料固化过程的热分析研究进展

摘    要:高分子材料的交联和固化反应过程对固化物的结构和最终性能有决定性的影响,研究高分子材料的固化过程机理,揭示固化反应动力学机制,从而控制固化反应过程,优化固化工艺参数一直是高分子树脂研究的重要课题,介绍了各种热分析技术的基本原理和特点,在固化反应动力学基础理论指导下,对热分析技术在高分子材料的固化过程机理,固化反应动力学和固化产物的热稳定性研究方面的应用进行了综合分析和评述。

Abstract:Curing processing of polymer materials has great influences on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cured materials. In order to control the curing reaction processing and optimize curing parameters of polymer materials, it is a very important task to study curing processing and curing reaction dynamitic mechanism. Thermal analysis technology is a very effective method in analysis of polymer materials curing processing. In this paper, the principle and features of various thermal analysis methods are introduced; the applications of thermal analysis method in study of curing processing mechanical and curing reaction dynamitic are reviewed also.
