摘    要:合成一种抗高温木质素磺酸接枝共聚物降滤失剂.以该接枝共聚物对常温中压滤失量的影响为考察依据,通过正交实验优化其合成条件.利用旋转黏度计、失水仪为评价工具,评价该接枝共聚物产品在不同基浆中的流变性能、降滤失性能及抑制性.

Abstract:An lignosulphonate graft copolymer is used as a high temperature fluid loss additive.Based on the effect of graft copolymer to pressure filtration in normal temperature,the synthesis conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiment.The rheology and filtration properties in different based fluid are measured by rotational viscometer and filter press,and inhibition of lignosulphonate graft copolymer are evaluated.
