| 摘 要： | 基于粤东电网在新的运行工况下可能存在的各种严重故障分析，考虑到系统安全稳定控制需要和稳控系统工程实施情况，提出了本期粤东稳控系统的改造和配置方案，结合实际控制手段完善了切机分配方法。分析了对粤东送出断面稳定性影响较大的薄弱环节，建议在实际运行控制中应做好事前控制和事后控制，以切实保证粤东电网的安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of possible critical faults of Eastern Guangdong Power Grid (EGG) under new operation conditions, and considering the demand of security-stability control system and its practical progress, a reconstruction and configuration scheme of EGG security stability control system is proposed, improving the generation-shedding distribution method with practical control means. Furthermore, several aspects of weakness of EGG sending cross-sections with great impacts on stability are analyzed, suggesting practical pre-control and post-control operations to insure the EGG security and stability. |
