Centre around the Human Being in Higher Education

It is the critical ideology in modern higher education to take students as the centre in the whole process.This thesis discusses the reasons for this and explores respectively the corresponding measures in centering around the students and teachers.The former includes enriching schooling resources,ensuring the relevance of teaching contents,enhancing the attraction of tutoring and appeal to students for learning.The latter includes establishing relaxed and free environment,attaching importance to the further academic development of teachers and last but not the least,rendering them respect and trust.
