注水井通井打捞工艺在孤东油田的应用

针对孤东油田注入水水质差,井下管柱锈蚀、结垢严重,致使测试仪器遇卡、遇阻及落井事故较多的现状,开发了新型通井打捞工艺,主要在动力源、井口装置及井下工具等方面做了大量改进,使其更适合孤东油田的测试打捞作业.该工艺自1998年应用以来,每年完成通井50余井次、打捞60余井次,打捞成功率100%.

Application of the Hoist Fishing Technology in the Injection Well in Gudong Oilfield

Since the injection water is poor,the water injection string usually corrodes and has fouling,there are some accident occurs in the test process,such as the test equipment blocking the string or lost in the downhole.In order to make the equipment suitable for the well in Gudong oilfield,a new development is developed to overcome the shortcomings.The main developments are on the power source,well head equipments and the downhole tools.Since 1998,the equipment has been used to hoist in 50 wells and fish in 60 wells,success rate is 100%.
