摘    要:采用铸铁/焦炭反应器成功处理了广东省东莞市某电镀厂规模为800m^3/d的电镀混合废水。在设计工艺条件下,总氰化物、Cr^6 、总铜和总镍等主要污染物去除率分别达99.7%、85.0%、98.8%和99.6%,出水水质稳定达到当地环保一级排放标准。与传统的电镀废水分开作预处理工艺相比,该工程具有流程简单、投资及运行费用低、占地少、操作管理简便等优点。

Abstract:The plating mixed wastewater at 800 m3/d in the plating plant is treate d successfully with cast iron/coke reactor in Dongguan city Guangdong Province. Under the conditions of designed process, the removal ratio of main pollutants s uch as total of cyanide, Cr6+, Cu, Ni is respectively 99.7%, 85.0%, 98.8% and 99 .6%. The drainage water quality is up to the local environmental protection stan dard of primary drainage. Compared with the treatment process of traditional pla ting wastewater which is pre-treated separately, it has the following characteri stics: simple process, low expense of investment and operation, small area, conv enience of management in this engineering.
