自洁功能聚氨酯材料

摘    要:在聚氨酯材料表面,涂覆具有光催化作用的纳米TiO2,通过对纳米TiO2粒度、固含量等的研究,确定最佳光催化效果。利用白度分析建立对亚甲基蓝的测试方法,并通过红外光谱对自洁功能的聚氨酯材料进行表征,同时与未改性的聚氨酯材料相比较,改性后聚氨酯材料在抗拉强度、撕裂强度、耐寒方面与未改性的聚氨酯材料相同,在抗污染方面有显著提高。

Abstract:TiO2 of photocatalysis was coated on the surface of polyurethane and confirmed the best effect of photocatalysis by studying the particle size of TiO2,the optimal solid content of TiO2,etc.A testing method of self-cleaning ratio to methylene blue was established by using whiteness analysis and the self-cleaning effect was characterized by IR spectrum.Compared with unmodified polyurethane,modified polyurethane was the same as unmodified polyurethane in the tensile strength,tearing strength and resistance to cold and was advanced observably in the antipollution.
