| 摘 要： | 采用可视化编程工具Visual Basic 6.0,设计了一套适合于小型图书资料室的单机版图书信息管理系统.本系统在设计上以读者信息和书籍信息作为管理的基础,根据服务对象的不同,分成系统管理员的管理和一般读者的查询过程.管理员管理功能主要有读者信息、书籍信息的添加、删除、修改和借、还书籍信息的变更;查询功能包括书籍信息查询和读者基本信息查询.为了提高查询速度和减小系统资源的开销,采用随机文件紧凑存储的方式构建信息数据库.

| Abstract: | A book information management system suitable for small scale libraries were developed by visual programming tool Visual Basic 6.0. This system is on the basis of the information of readers and books, and it is divided into two parts that include the management of the system keeper and the query procedure of readers. The keeper can deal with the information of readers and books, while a reader can only query the status of books and readers. In order to enhance the query speed and economize system resource, the database is created with random compact file structure. |
