基于I2C总线的射频前端通用测试适配器设计

摘    要:为了便于对移动通信设备中射频前端模块进行生产测试,本文设计了一种基于I2C总线协议的通用测试适配器,主要功能是对从计算机上发出的测试控制信号和从待测模块器件发出的状态信号进行数据格式转换和电平匹配.该方案利用微控制器实现主控制器与各测试节点之间的数据交换.为了实现不同通信接口之间的正常通信,本文设计了结构简单但功能完善、性能可靠的接口匹配电路和直流电源转换电路.最后针对一种带有数字控制板的射频低噪声放大器(LNA)系统,简要介绍了该适配器的应用,实践证明了该设计方案的可行性和灵活性.

Abstract:We presents a design of universal I2C test adapter which can realize the data conversion and voltage level matching between test-control signal from computer and status signal from DUTs,can be applied in production and test of mobile communication RF front-end modules.Data communication is accomplished among master device and slaves by use of microcontroller.Moreover simple good-working and reliable interface matching and DC voltage conversion circuits are designed to make different interfaces communicate in order.We also demonstrate how the adapter works in the test of a digital control RF LNA.Experimental results shows that it is feasible and flexible in practice.
