膨润土粉煤灰的活化及其除臭机理

摘    要:本文采用硫酸活化制得膨润土,粉煤灰以及二者混合除臭剂,对除臭剂附生臭有机生物性能进行研究,通过比表面积的测定以及X-射线衍射分析,详细研究BEFL的除臭机理。试验表明,在硫酸溶中,粉煤灰产生的聚合铝铁离子进入膨润土蒙脱石层间,并发生水解,撑大层间距,当BEFL投入臭水中,该聚合离子进行水中形成混凝剂,空出更大的层间,导致大量的生臭有机生物的吸附。

Abstract:Three deodorants were made from sulfuric acid activating bentonite, flying ash and BEFL composed ofbentonite and flying ash.Specific surface measurement, X-ray diffraction analysis, absorption properties anddeodorizing mechanism were studied in detail by means of absorption tests. The result shows that in sulfuricacid solutions the polyions of aluminum and iron resulting from dissolution of the flying ash enter the spacebetween layers is of motmorillonite crystal, and enlarge the space after hydrolysis. When the BEFL deodorant isused to treat smelly water, the polyions vacate the space and form coagulants in water. With the result that,more smelly organisms are absorbed in the enlarged space.
