摘    要:针对上都发电有限责任公司锅炉燃用高水分的褐煤,多次发生炉膛结渣的情况,对该高水分褐煤特性进行了分析,得出该煤种具有中等易结渣倾向。并对造成1号锅炉结渣的原因进行了分析,通过制粉系统调整和燃烧调整等措施,减轻了锅炉结渣,并给出了预防锅炉结渣的措施。

Abstract:In view of situation that the slagging happened many times in furnace because of that the boiler in Shangdu Power Generation Co.Ltd.combusts with high water content brown coal,this paper analyzed characteristic of combustion brown coal and the result showed that this brown coal is easy with slagging.It also analyzed the slagging cause at boiler 1.The slagging were reduced through the regulation of the coal pulverizing system and combustion system.The antislagging measures are presented.
