摘    要:我国许多露天矿山都是由坑采转为露采的。因坑采造成的地下空区和地表陷落,严重影响露天矿山的正常生产。如台阶爆破时炮孔容易漏药,爆后易产生大块,大型铲装和运输设备易陷落等,处理不当将给企业造成巨大的经济损失,无法保证生产安全。德兴铜矿采用硐室爆破处理采空区,在爆破设计中尽量利用原有采矿巷道布置药室,并根据生产需要同时采用松动爆破和加强松动爆破,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:Many mines in China have change from underground mining to open pit mining,since the mined out areas and surface subsidence brought by underground mining affect normal producting seriously Other problems,including the explosives leakage out of the borehole,large lump,ore produced by blasting,large electric shovel and transport equipment dropped down when incorrectly dealed with,can also cause great loss,and make safety production impossible In this paper,we handle the mined out areas adopting chamber blasting method in Dexing Copper Mine in the design of chamber,the charge chambers are arranged in the old underground drifts according to the production demand,the loose blasting and strengthened loose blasting are used This method was proved to be successful both in road building blasting and production blasting It is expected to be helpful to other mines
