计算开度法电子膨胀阀供液控制技术研究

摘    要:计算开度法是一种适用于满液式或降膜式冷水/热泵机组的电子膨胀阀供液控制技术。该技术的核心思想是实时计算压缩机的吸气质量流量和通过电子膨胀阀的制冷剂液体质量流量,并计算为保持前述二者始终相等的电子膨胀阀准确开启步数。该技术同其他供液控制技术相比,具有控制精度高、稳定性高、成本低等诸多优点。本文结合一个具体的降膜式螺杆式冷水机组实例,对计算开度法电子膨胀阀供液控制技术进行全面深入的阐述。最后得出结论:计算开度法电子膨胀阀供液控制技术,如果应用得当,可为降膜式或满液式冷水/热泵机组的稳定性和运行效率的提高发挥积极的作用。

Abstract:Calculation open degrees method is a kind of EEV liquid supply control technology which can be used for flooded or falling-film water chiller/heat pump.The core idea of the technology is real-time calculating of mass flow through compressor and liquid refrigerant mass flow through EEV,and calculating the accurate open steps of EEV which keep the two mass flow mentioned equality.Compared with other liquid supply control technology,the technology has such many advantages as high control accuracy,high stability and low cost.The calculation open degrees method of EEV liquid supply technology is explained,via an example of falling-film screw water chiller.Finally,it reaches the following conclusion: if it is applied properly,the calculation open degrees method of EEV liquid supply technology could make greater contribution to the improvement of stability and efficiency of falling-film or flooded water chiller/heat pump.
