风冷玻璃门冷冻柜门体的优化设计

摘    要:目前,国内的冰淇淋展示柜存在柜内储藏温度不均匀、制冷速度慢、玻璃门凝露、翅片式冷凝器易脏堵、内胆结霜过厚不易处理等问题。本文针对上述问题进行优化方案设计及匹配试验,结果表明,优化措施对降低漏冷、平衡柜内温度、防凝露除霜、平衡气压等方面有很理想的改进。

Abstract:At present,there are a few problems existed in the domestic ice cream cabinets that the storage temperature is uneven in the cabinet,the cooling velocity is slow,there is condensation water on glass door,the fin-type condenser is easy to fouling,it is not easy to deal with thick frosting and others.To solve these problems,the design of optimization schemes and matching test are done.The results show that optimization schemes have perfect performance for reducing leakage of cold,balancing cabinet temperature,anti-condensation and defrosting,balancing pressure.
