锅炉水冷壁介质浓缩腐蚀研究

摘    要:在高压釜试验的基础上,研究了锅炉水冷壁介质深缩腐蚀情况,并得出介质不发生浓缩时,正常形成氧化膜,膜质致密,当浓缩倍数小于15时,CI^-破坏氧化膜而发生点蚀,当肖缩倍数大于1000时,PO^3-4参与了成膜,发生全面腐蚀,研究并提出了预防措施。

Abstract:The corrosion of wa-ter cooled boder wall material by enriched media was investigated in autoclave. It showed that the compact film was formed on the specimen while no media enrichment occured the pitting corrosion appeared as the enrichment increasing while enrichment multiply power>1 000 the overall corrosion then occured. The preventive measures were dis-cussed.
